Like those times when you are reading in bed and realize you've read the first line of that paragraph over and over again. You can't go on, you'll go on.
More on the musicians:
rise set twilight is the multimedia project of Linda Aubry Bullock and Mike Bullock. Layering analog and digital synthesis, feedback, field recordings and projections, rise set twilight manifests in several ways: in multimedia performance installations; as the dance party unit of DJ orangecookie and VJ Fielder Blank; and as a straight-up noise duo (AKA Barkhausen).

Linda Aubry Bullock's earliest memories include being fascinated with the sound of humming transformers, birds, and the distant sound of the television which she references through electronics, keyboards and harp. Linda studied music at Berklee, Boston Conservatory and Bennington and has developed a career in visual arts. In addition to the duo rise set twilight, Linda has a solo project called The Sun is an Orange Cookie (2006 release "My Heart of Sugar" on Chloë Recordings).
As Ambrosia Porcelain, Linda and her mother Miriam create handmade and handpainted porcelain tableware.
About "My Heart of Sugar":
Linda Gale Aubry, who is behind TSiaOC, really knows how to keep things going with a well chosen palette of short electronic patterns, sampled acoustic percussion and field recordings, that she subjects to thoughtful variations and accentuation's…My Heart of Sugar is a delightful release, from the fluid, vaguely house-influenced pulse of "Find a Place Before Dark Falls" to the noisier textures of the final track - cozy music, somewhere between pop-oriented electronica (minus the melodies), laid-back minimal house (minus the bouncing bass) and glitchy ambient (minus the cliché-laden sounds).
Magnus Schaefer, Vital Weekly 552
The Sun Is An Orange Cookie is highly synthetic music, even when perhaps some of it is made through methods of improvisation. It's very upfront stuff that is made with a sort of sense for naivety. Arpeggio synths, minimal samplings…in the end it's thumbs up for this.

These guys elected to go bio-less. When you hear them, you'll know why - the music speaks for itself, and the musicians talk to themselves.
As always, big big ups to the UAG.
