Danish artist Mads Lynnerup mounts a whimsical yet searching investigation of what people do when they depart from their ordinary routines. Having enlisted a sampling of the Troy and Rensselaer communities to take an unscheduled day off, Lynnerup documents the rich and inventive uses his subjects make of their stolen time. His installation combines short videos with oversized posters in a slyly subversive visual guide to leisure.
